Tradeshow Multimedia, Inc. and Event Ready, Inc. formally announce the merger of the two successful meeting and event technology companies into EventReady/TMI™ effective as of December 1, 2006.

The merger will enable EventReady/TMI to offer the industry's most comprehensive set of online and on-site management technology tools and proven products for meetings, tradeshows, conferences and events.
