Exhibitor & Sponsor Management

Exhibitor Management includes the services of a dedicated Exhibitor Manager to oversee the pre-registration process, and pre-show and post-show reporting.

The Exhibitor Manager is responsible for:

Helping the exhibitors manage their online administration site where they control their booth-staff registrations as well as other attendee registrations as they relate to the exhibitor.
Responsible for contact and information dissemination between the EventReady/TMI team and the exhibitors.
Oversees all activities as they relate to the Exhibit Hall Management Module when it is chosen as part of the project.

Exhibitor Booth-Staff

This module inventory controls the number of exhibitor registrations, as specified by your event.
The module gives full administrative power to the main exhibitor contact.
To begin the registration process, this contact is given a user name and password to gain access to the site.
Once in the site, the exhibitor contact has the ability to add, substitute, cancel, or update any and/or all of their booth-staff records.
In addition, financial processing and automatic e-mail confirmations are a part of this high tech package.

Exhibit Hall Management Module
With ER's dynamic exhibit hall floor plan system, you can allow your exhibitors to go online to choose available booth space.

This system manages booth availability by allowing or disallowing users to choose a particular booth on the show floor.
The CLIENT can even change the design of the floor if needed. After selecting a booth, the exhibitors are asked to secure their choice with a credit card.
As each booth request is submitted, the CLIENT is notified and can review and determine if the choice is acceptable.
Upon approval or denial from the CLIENT, the exhibitor's credit card is charged or declined and the exhibitor is notified of his status.
This module is directly linked to the Exhibitor booth-staff module, so as soon as booth placement and payment is confirmed, an email is automatically sent to the exhibitor contact with instructions on how to use their personal exhibitor booth-staff administration site.

Sponsorship Management Module

This module will allow you to sell sponsorships on line.
It will detail each sponsorship opportunity with costs.
Your exhibitors can decide among various sponsorships, which is best for them and then lock that one in by paying on line.
You can manage the inventory for each sponsorship opportunity.
