EventReady/TMI uses password protected financial processing software to receive and process event payments. All financial transactions are reconciled on a daily basis. Web registration can be created to accept credit card and check payments. Credit card payments are verified, and funds are transferred daily into the client's bank account. Checks are sent over-night to the client's bank with daily reconciliation reports.

Real-time Financial Reporting
EventReady/TMI provides our clients with clear, real-time reports of all financial activities. Before any project or task is undertaken, we provide processing quotes and cost estimates for approval. In addition, there are several approval points during the course of project development and production.

Our goal is to go on-site with as few "balance dues" as possible, if any at all.
Some examples are:

  • 17,000 registrants - 136 balance dues
  • 3,500 registrants - 0 balance due
  • 1,000 registrants - 2 balance dues

Final reporting
Because we reconcile daily and are in constant contact with your financial department final reconciliation takes days rather than weeks.

EventReady/TMI has developed a Project Financial Management Department (PFMD) solely for supporting our customers' financial processing needs.

  • Our financials team works directly with your accounting department for all registration fee reconciliation.
  • Merchant accounts and deposit/checking accounts are solely owned by the CLIENT and managed on a daily basis by EventReady/TMI.
  • The PFMD will generate revenue reports for the customer's planning team so they can show management the performance of the program.
  • Online registration fees are processed on our secure servers. Since management of the financials is directly impacted by the registration fee structure, the monthly fee for this service is determined by two categories: Basic and Complex.
    • The Basic registration fee structure is simply a single registration fee with the necessary cancellation and substitution fees included.
    • The Complex registration fee structure is based on multiple fees, such as earlybird, regular, onsite, association discounts, etc., with the necessary cancellation and substitution fees included.
  • Unless otherwise requested by the CLIENT, the three forms of payment, which will be accepted are Credit Card (determined by the merchant accounts owned by the CLIENT), Company Check, and Wire Transfer.
