Housing Management

The EventReady/TMI Housing Department will assist clients with site selection, hotel contract negotiation, management of reservation processing, and final room reporting. The reservation process is handled by the same Customer Service Representatives that handle registration, making this entire process a "one-stop shop." Registrants will not be redirected to another web site or Customer Service Representative when making hotel reservations, all activities take place on your event registration/housing web site.

We also offer phone, facsimile, and e-mail reservation services for registrant convenience. Each housing event has dedicated Customer Service Representatives, so when registrants call, our CSRs have been trained specifically for your event. Dedicated 800 toll-free, international and facsimile numbers are assigned for each housing event, as well as a housing event reservation URL.

EventReady/TMI has the solution to your "One-Stop Shop" requirements. We can handle both event registration and hotel accommodations for your registrants. To minimize attrition we program the housing module so we can manage the blocks instantly, therefore moving hotels in and out of the registration site based on pick-up thereby minimizing or eliminating attrition.

• EventReady/TMI will manage your hotel room block with an online inventory module built into the registration system.
• A dedicated Housing Manager will manage the pre and on-site reservation processes, as well as the pre and post show reporting.
• The Housing Manager's responsibilities include:
  • Tracking daily arrivals/departures and no-shows against the rooming list
  • Managing peak nights, providing attrition advice
  • Managing hotel master account for room and tax
  • Maintaining a close relationship with each of your contracted hotels
