Meeting Scheduler
Often the venue for your event will have available space for auxiliary attendee meetings. EventReady/TMI builds a module to manage and inventory those attendee meetings.
This module will enable the CLIENT to:
- Reserve available meeting room information
- Inventory control the space
- Books meetings during the conference
- Charge a fee for the meeting rooms these fees can be charged via credit card online.
- This site can also allow ordering of food and beverages for breaks, luncheons or receptions.
- Most importantly, the reports from this site become a great tool for the hotel or convention center when allocating staff to manage the setup of the rooms.
