Meeting Scheduler

Often the venue for your event will have available space for auxiliary attendee meetings. EventReady/TMI builds a module to manage and inventory those attendee meetings.

This module will enable the CLIENT to:

  • Reserve available meeting room information
  • Inventory control the space
  • Books meetings during the conference
  • Charge a fee for the meeting rooms — these fees can be charged via credit card online.
  • This site can also allow ordering of food and beverages for breaks, luncheons or receptions.
  • Most importantly, the reports from this site become a great tool for the hotel or convention center when allocating staff to manage the setup of the rooms.
