On-site Management

When it is time to go on-site, EventReady/TMI will be right there with you to see the process through the end. Even with outstanding marketing efforts and a great attendee turnout, your event can still go awry without the appropriate on-site registration process. If the registration process does not go smoothly, attendee outlook on your event will be greatly impacted. EventReady/TMI understands this possible problem area and that is why we ensure that the registration process goes as smoothly as possible. We send our technical staff in several days prior to your event in order to ensure that everything will be ready long before those doors open on the first day. Our management staff follows shortly thereafter to train on-site data entry personnel and ensure all systems are ready and tested.

Badge Design & Printing
We create event badges for every pre-registered attendee and bring those badges with us when we go on-site. We also bring high speed badge-printing equipment for on-site registration. In addition, EventReady/TMI has developed the "ScanReg" process to move pre-registered attendees through lines in minutes. ScanReg has been designed for speed and real-time reporting updates so the needs of both registrants and clients are met.

If your event requires additional staffing, EventReady/TMI will contract and train temporary staff for your event.

On-site Interactive Web Kiosk
Along with general conference information, this system includes three components. Each component may be ordered separately or all together to make the complete Kiosk.

  • Self-Reg
    EventReady/TMI develops an on-site, self-service registration form for walk-in delegates. It allows folks to register at their leisure and come to the cashier to pickup their badge and materials.
  • Messaging
    This locked down web-based module, while restricting general internet surfing, will allow attendees to email each other within the conference for better networking opportunities, and check their external email.
  • Evaluations
    EventReady/TMI will develop a web based evaluation form using questions provided by the CLIENT. All results will be available real time through the web-reporting site. If the CLIENT uses a "giveaway", e.g., T-shirt, coffee mug, etc., as an incentive, this system can track completed evals prior to "giveaway" distribution.
