Session Management
Session Planner Module
This module helps the planning team manage the entire event agenda. By allowing the attendee to choose the sessions they plan to attend at the conference, the team can determine each session's room size and specific location within the venue. The attendee may go back into their registration, days or weeks after registering, to create this schedule. The module will keep specific inventory control for better management of the sessions.
Session Tracker Module
This simplified version of the Session Planner Module, tracks the interest of the registrants by allowing them to show preference without actually reserving a spot within a session. No inventory is controlled in this module. This allows the client to manage the sessions and rooms per registrant responses without being constricted by the expectations of the attendees.
Session Scanning Management
Each attendee will be wearing a badge that contains registration information within a barcode. This barcode can be scanned at each session to determine the actual number of delegates in attendance as well as details about each of the session participants. This information can be valuable to the speakers to determine the audience they've addressed and of service to show management to determine whether their choice of topics is drawing the right audience. EventReady/TMI will provide the necessary scanning equipment for each session that the planning team wants scanned.
